OIL CITY, Pa. (EYT) – According to Franklin-based State Police, a theft occurred on Rich Street, in Oil City, Venango County.
Police say sometime between April 30 and May 30, a Big Game Trail Camera was stolen from an Oil City man on Rich Street.
