LIMESTONE TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – Warren-based State Police say a Youngsville teen has been accused of corruption of minors at various locations in and around Limestone Township, Warren County.
Warren Police station investigated an incident in which 19-year-old Hunter Zane Proctor, of Youngsville, allegedly sent a nude picture of himself via the application “Snapchat” around 9:49 p.m. on February 17, 2014, to eight Limestone Township juvenile females, ages 12-17 years of age.
After further investigation (with the accused being fully cooperative), Proctor was taken into custody on March 22 and charged with the following charges:
- eight counts of Corruption of Minors, Felony 3
- eight counts of Unlawful Contact with a Minor, Felony 3
- eight counts of Indecent Exposure, Misdemeanor 1
- eight counts of Open Lewdness, Misdemeanor 3
Proctor was subsequently arraigned in front of District Justice Bauer and committed to the Warren County Jail on $5,000.00 bail.
