SANDYCREEK TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – Police say a 25-year-old Pittsburgh man was stopped for a registration violation around 2:00 p.m. on June 3.
William P. Niels was allegedly found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana and was driving under the influence, according to police.
Charges are pending test results.
