WARREN COUNTY, Pa. (EYT) – On January 29, Franklin-based State Police transported a 35-year-old man to Warren to face a rape charge.
According to Warren-based State Police a known adult female reported being raped by 35-year-old Brandon Lynn Childress sometime between 3:00 a.m. and 3:30 a.m. on January 29, on Six Mile Road, in Mead Township, Warren County.
Court documents indicate that Childress’ employer address is Franklin, Pa.
An arrest warrant was obtained, and he was arrested by PSP Franklin Troopers and transported to PSP Warren where he was taken to Magisterial District Judge Bauer for arraignment.
He has been charged with the following offenses:
- Rape Forcible Compulsion, Felony 1
- Sexual Assault, Felony 2
- Indecent Assault Forcible Compulsion, Misdemeanor 1
Bail was set at $25,000.00, and it was posted, according to court documents.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 9:00 a.m. on February 19 in front of District Judge Bauer.
