OIL CITY, Pa. (EYT) – Oil City Police say sometime between 10:00 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. on January 28, an assault occurred in the 200 block of Cedar Avenue, in Oil City, Venango County.
According to police, the unknown parties have yet to be identified.
