BUTLER COUNTY, Pa. – Sources say two men – one from Chicora and the other from Emlenton – were involved in a road rage incident.
State Police say around 9:00 a.m. on August 7, 37-year-old James Warrick, Jr., of Chicora, and 53-year-old Robert McGuire, of Emlenton, were involved in a road rage incident that began near Hunter’s Truck Sales, on State Route 38.
Sources say when the vehicles arrived at the stop light at the intersection of Routes 38 and 68, McGuire allegedly exited his vehicle to approach Warrick.
According to sources, Warrick allegedly pulled out a gun and pointed at McGuire.
Warrick has been charged with Terroristic Threats, Simple Assault, and related charges.
McGuire has been charged with Harassment and Disorderly Conduct.
No injuries were reported.
